These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date you first register an account or use any datowin365 service. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood all conditions set out in this document.

To access the full range of datowin365 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. datowin365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time.

• Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Opening multiple accounts will result in all accounts being frozen and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. datowin365 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
• Registration information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and the freezing of all funds.
• You must notify datowin365 immediately of any changes to your personal information through our support channels.

Datowin365 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits are processed securely and instantly through approved channels.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• datowin365 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made via unauthorised or unrecognised methods will be reversed and the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Datowin365 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for Malaysian eWallets and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers via FPX.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 for all payment methods.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and RM 100,000 for VIP Gold accounts and above.
• For security purposes, withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or eWallet used for your most recent deposit.
• datowin365 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Datowin365 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified and must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

• The 100% Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 applies to your first deposit only and carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• The 20% weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period and will be credited every Monday.
• The daily 30% deposit bonus is subject to a maximum of RM 200 per day and a 25x wagering requirement.
• All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonuses after this period will expire automatically.
• datowin365 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse, parlay betting, or unfair strategies are suspected.
• Each promotion has its own specific terms and limits as stated on the relevant promotions page. Promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms.

All games offered on the datowin365 platform — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer, Malaysia Super League football betting, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error on datowin365's part is proven.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• In the event of a technical issue during an active game, datowin365 reserves the right to void or replay the round in question based on valid server records.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. datowin365 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.

• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programmes through unfair means.
• Use of unauthorised software, automated bots, or any form of cheating during gameplay.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other players.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining funds unrelated to the disputed activity will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, datowin365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from internet connection failures or delays on the player's end.
• Any damage or loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.

Datowin365's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
